Stop downloading tables with the RDA and the suggested in mg portions of each food you have to consume...Next minute you will have forget everything...The tip: consume all categories of food in normal portions..Do not bother for grams...Just eat everything on weekly base: legume,vegetable,oil,.fruits,some unsalted nuts
