How do I know if my diet prevents me from osteoporosis?

From preventing yourself from osteoporosis follow next two steps

A> Remember these portions: 1 glass of milk 
                                                1 small yogurt
                                                1 slice of cheese
                                                1 creamy cheese at the size of a matchbox

     At the end of the day you should consume just 3 of these portions(for example1 glass of milk  and 2 small yogurts or 3 slices of cheese).Make whatever combination you want.It does not matter the combination..

B> do some anaerobic exercise..For example 100 min/week weight lifting.(swimming is not preffered ..)

Tip: Both of A and B are needed..Many people do just one of them and finally suffer from osteoporosis
